II. Construction form: Archways, porch, sculpture or other forms.
III. Requirements for design scheme: The design scheme shall embody the regional feature and the characteristic of this expressway and has innovation spirits.
Project content: A piece of colorful visualization, a piece of plain, vertical and section plane. The drawing is A3 drawing, and a piece of design explanation and detailed drawing. The designer or contact shall be noted on the drawing.
IV. Appraisal method and programme of scheme: After the deadline of submitting design scheme, the purchaser will invite relevant experts to appraise the design schemes. The final result will be published on http://www.hbhrx.com.cn at the end of June.
V. Encouragement method: There is one first prize, two second prizes and three third prizes. The bonuses of first prize is RMB 50 thousand yuan, the bonuses of second prize is RMB 20 thousand yuan, and the bonuses of third prize is RMB 10 ten thousand yuan.
